Beatrice Derian is the founder of Cedra Strategies and a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, accounting, regulatory reporting, and business operations. Her career spans the financial services, broker-dealer, and fintech sectors, where she has built and scaled finance functions, strengthened internal controls, and guided organizations through growth, transformation, and complex regulatory environments.

Before founding Cedra Strategies in 2026, Beatrice held senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and FINOP at BestEx Research Group and Global Head of Financial Operations at Quantitative Brokers. Throughout her career, she has led financial planning and analysis, strategic initiatives, M&A activities, capital raises, global expansion, process improvements, and the development of efficient, compliant financial operations. Her international experience spans Europe, EMEA, and APAC, where she has supported cross-border growth, established regional operations, and navigated diverse financial, operational, and regulatory requirements.
